Free Leads
Axiom covers 100% of lead costs while you're getting started. Your only job is to work the script and close deals — no out-of-pocket required.
Tier 2
Co-op Leads
50/50 split — you fund half, Axiom matches half. Your comp level increases. You control your volume and scale at your own pace.
Tier 3
Self-Funded
You buy your own leads, you earn max comp. Full control — choose your sources, set your volume, maximize your income.

Most agents start at Tier 1 and graduate naturally as their confidence and closing rate grow.

Getting Licensed

Pre-Licensing Course

Complete your state's required pre-licensing hours. We provide study guides, resources, and accountability check-ins throughout.

State Exam

Schedule and sit for your Life exam. Most states require a passing score of 70%+. Our goal is to get you through this within 7 days.

Background Check & Appointment

Submit state paperwork, pass background check, get appointed with carriers. While you wait, you’re still dialing and transferring deals — earning $200/deal transferred and building your escrow.

Launch & Full Production

Licensed and appointed — now you're a full broker. Escrow from your Live Tryout and training funds your first real lead order and you hit the ground running.
